请教:ftp---media disconnected

在家中学习ftp，cable, router,两台机器都是wireless laptop
用DHCP, ipconfig时，一台显示
Medi state .......:Media disconnected
ftp时，得到的答复是：
Request time out.

请问是什么问题，该怎样解决
