上网时，老有信息方框跳出来，说我的电脑

有问题，WINDDOWS有问题，或者说有SPY，要我去某个地址，要我下载软件。我想是被病毒攻击了，不是MESSAGEER，请问如何解决。在我打字的时候，就跳出来5－6 次。
