上网运行慢，请指教。

我的计算机曾被spyware 侵袭，我format，现装了norton anti-virus , microsoft antispyware, & Zone Alarm (not professional edition). 我想应没有病毒或spyware了， 可它还是有时运行很慢，上网有时会只能运行第一个打开的网站（可向下连接），再开不开其他网站。

我已经近期内format 过好几次了，已经报硬盘有错了。各位有什么高招指点一下吧，太折磨人了！
