我的BT下载好慢，怎样才能快起来？请赐教

我的系统是日文的Windows XP，无论我在日本还是加拿大，无论我用Bit Torrent还是BitComet，都很慢。最快的一瞬间有300KB/S，其余的时候都是几十KB/S，一百多的算是快的了，每下载一部电影都要一两小时呢。怎么回事呀？各位高手请赐教啊。
