我一年前DELL从买一笔记本Inspiration 5000.平时很少用，昨天开机时，屏幕上１／４ 稳定， 中 １／４， 是一宽黑条， 下１／２ 闪个不停， so could you tell me what happned to my laptop, how can i fix it? do you have any experience with Dell customer service? could share it with me, thanks
