How to connect to company Net

How to connect to company Network directly(bypass my office PC) ?
------------------------------------------
I can logon to my office network from home PC through my Office PC.
But it is very slow.
I heard that I can VPN home PC to company network only,
without logon to my office PC next,
I can go to the IT site directly like type in 0110.mycompy.com
from my home PC EI browser.

But I tried many times, it always redirect me to this site
http://www2.linkz.com/
I block it from the security setting of EI option.
It didn't work, and never direct to 0110.mycompy.com

Can anyone help me on this ?
