如何选择台式机的内存条？

我最近正在网上看内存条，准备将我的台式机省级一下。请问大侠们：168-pin unbuffered 和 ECC 是什么意思呢？他们是否可通用？我的主板手册上写的是内存应是“168-pin, 3.3V unbuffered PC133 or PC100". 应怎样选择内存条才不会出错？
