"software" file problem

When windows startup,system will firstly access register table

login into safemode
cd \windows\system32\config
you will find several files called "software"

ren software.sav software

this will restore your system to the date which same as software.sav's date


another solution is much easier,

start your computer F8-->command prompt-->scanreg-->select a recent register file-->choose restore-->reboot

system will restore to the date of the register file
