高人帮忙呀!在线等!!!!!!!!

我的笔记本电脑,开机就黑屏,没有任何反映.有电源,而且机器可以加电但没任何反映,按住关机健hold几秒也可以正常关机.但就是"黑屏".没有任何报警和反映.
怎么办呀????
