About new IE 7

Thank your valulable information, unfortuanately,after downlaoded and extracted the IE 7 Beta fiels,I can't use it, the message reminds me the following:
setup can't update your IE 7 Beta fiels because the langauge installed on your system is different fron the update language.By the way,I use WinXP chinese.
