请教各位，电脑有时候忽然死机，然后5秒钟后黑屏，再等5秒钟

有恢复正常了。这是不是“瓶颈”？我的CPU是奔4，512的RAM，为什么会常常出现这样的问题，以前是没有的，自从通过ETHERNET连接了一个接收电视台和打电话上网无限时的盒子，问题就来了。该怎么办呀？
