1.click start -->run-->type cmd
2.in command window-->type 'ping 192.168.2.1'
3.if doesn't work-->ping 127.0.0.1 -->if doesn't work-->check if ping is forbidden-->if not-->card problem or not startup or wrong driver
4. if ping works -->type 'ipconfig' check local ip address-->shut firewall -->try again
5. check if signal is strong enough.
