从南京买了一块内置电视卡 美如画wintvr，全是噪音

可是在新加坡用怎么图像正常，声音却全部都是噪音呢？
我把电视卡的line out和声卡的line连接在一起了阿
不知道怎么回事？请高手指教一下，多谢

还有，声音控制面板里面，好像也全部正常阿
