我是菜鸟,恳求您们的帮助,十分感谢

我的电脑需要重装,但里面有很多文件需要保留,我经常听说过"备份",但我对它一无所知,
"备份"是可以把电脑里的文件在格硬盘时保留下来吗?是否能不另外(具体是怎么操作的呢?,这方面不想劳驾各位,如果能推荐网站给我自己试着找,已经很感激了)我只是想了解"备份"的概念.
