运行的程序为何这么多？

我的电脑有256内存，但经常运行的程序高大300以上，导致电脑很慢/

以下程序不知啥用：好几个svchost.exe,msmsgs.exe，CCAPP.exe,等，总有40多个文件在运行。
是否有用，如何关闭？
