stucked. the keyboard is dirty and some keys are short current. You may need clean these keys. It's easy. Take off the key cover (be careful don't loss the sponge like contact pat underneath. Use alchol to clean the contact point with a cuetip.
Try the keys you rarely use, such as the kay right to the window key.
