新买的Dell flat panel

刚买的Dell flat panel, 仔细看会感觉到有无数条闪动的光条从下到上不停的滚动。是不是有毛病啊？还是过两天就好了？拜托哪位有经验，要是有毛病，趁现在还早，我得赶紧换一个。谢谢啦。
