请教各位高人啊.偶都快疯了......

用原厂的system recovery cd重装安装了笔记本,问题就多多了.两天来,用recovery 盘重装了N遍,问题也出现了N种,这最后一次重装出现了不能windows update的问题,甚至连微软的window update website也上不了(可是其他的网站却可以上),也很难进入msn message.请问这是原因?我该如何解决呢?先谢谢了!
