Shoutcast issue!

初步构想用两台PC - A & B，用cable 连接，. 一台 PC run SHOUTcast server, 另一台 PC run Winamp player,
- 不确定在没有web server的情况下仅用两台PC是否可行?
- Tried, but 没法从PC B 听到PC A的音乐。Why?
- Do I need a hardware "server" which already on the internet?
