怎样 able "Registry editing" 功能

我想在 Win. 2000 Professional 上从 Start--Run，再输入 regedit 去删除一个 zxdows.dll 档案，但当我输入 regedit 后，出现以下内容：

"Registry editing has been disabled by your administrator".

请问有什么办法去 able 这个 Registry editing 功能吗？谢谢。
