请 请问应如何消去提示和视窗

我的电脑开机后会出现一个提示：

"Cannot import C:\windows\system\zxdows.dll: Error opening the file. There may be a disk or file system error".

和一个小视窗："D:\WINNT\System32\

请问应如何消去它们。谢谢。
