the problem of bitcomet?

I don't know what's wrong with my OS. After intalled bitcomet, when run the program, nothing come out. checked the windows 任务管理器，couldn't find bitcomet.exe , but the program did intalled successfully . unintall and reinstalled bitcomet, still the same problem. anyone can tell me what's the problem?
