USB problem

Hi,All,

When I plug-in the USB flash drive, my laptop restart. If I plug-in the u***** drive before the laptop startup, everything is normal. Could someone kindly tell me how to fix it, please. P.S. the laptop has 3 u*****, everyone will cause the system restart, if I plug it in. I have tested with other u***** flash drive, it still cause this problem.
