Windows update以后出现一些问题，请教...

前几天windows automatic update以后，重启了几次机以后出现了一些问题。MSN，windows media player， flashget一启动就说有错，然后就的关闭。现在在重启机器后，就说"the instruction at "0x771cb820"reference memory at "0x0363f11f". the memory could not be "read". " 请问这些问题怎样解决? 非常感谢!
