user IDs, passwords, sites visited, and etc?

几个地方需要做:
IE, Tools->Internet Options->content-> AutoComplete-> deselect the three boxes, and click on "clear forms" and "clear passwords"
IE, Tools->Internet Options->General： delete cookies and delete files, clear history.

Then Go to C:

->Documents and settings
-> in your logon username folder
->Local settings
clear History, Temp, and Temporary Internet files

->Documents and settings
-> in your logon username folder
->recent, delete all you opened.

To remove your email address from MSN:
control panel->user accounts-> your administrator account->on the upper left corner->Manage my network passwords

for Yahoo Messenger:

C: ->Documents and settings
-> in your logon username folder
whether in application data or local settings, you will find a folder for yahoo messenger and you will find your username there, delete it.

MSN, open you account, in the prefence or option, don't select chat history.

haha, almost everything delete. but some may be skipped. does who know more?
