It is not available online, but if you use Emule, you can get a copy. then you can crop the page.

Normally Adobe reader 4.0/5.0/6.0/7.0 won't work this for you. You see it is for reading, and does nothing else.

Oh. another way is to use Aobe reader (any version). It has a snapshot tool which you can cut the map into several pieces and paste them to Winword then print.
