DSL是不是几个小时不用就自动断掉或被ISP掐掉，再用再联？

感觉机器闲置一段时间后，再打开网页时，第一页总是有点慢，还经常看到一个POP-UP，说没有CONNECTION，点击“再试”后恢复正常。听说是ISP想节省带宽。
