如何将DV上的节目拷到电脑里？？？

我现在已经用三星数码摄像机拍好了[DV]，还具备了US和1394
就是不知道怎么可以把节目拷到电脑里。是否还要什么软件。
还有怎么在电脑里观看摄象机一边在拍的镜头！！！
