问题:怎么做才能不用uninstall usb,而不丢失文件

把一个u***** drive 放到xp上,任何时候都可以随意的拔下而不用担心丢失刚刚写上去的文件.
但是在windows 2000就一定要click uninstall u***** 才能安全的取下,不然,刚刚写的文件就不知道到那个黑洞离去了.
有什么tips?
