有人说用无限上网接收器就能收到internet信号，是真的吗

朋友对我说，买个无限上网接收器（例如speedtouch)就能收到internet信号，而且免费，因为，离你住所附近的邻居差不多都有internet,因此，你可以收到信号，并能上网，是真的吗，如果是，应该怎样配置哪。
