请问这里DELL笔记本的用户

我新买了DELL Inspiron 6000， 发现即使在CPU低负荷运行时，CPU风扇也在运转，虽然转速不很快，声音不很大，但好像不像我以前用的电脑那样时停时转。在CPU较高速运行时，风扇也会提速，声音也会变大。想问问这里的朋友，这是否是正常的？你们的DELL笔记本也一样如此吗？
