我的电脑出了什么问题？

我的电脑C盘总容量10G,我最近查了一下，已用空间居然有9.1G, 剩余空间只剩几百兆，然而我把C盘下所有文件加起来才6G，不知道多出来的3.1G是哪来的。现在电脑启动很慢，本人是电脑的外行，请问各位高手，我的电脑出什么问题了？我该怎么办？谢谢
