电脑杂症求教

最近我的HP笔记本电脑遇到一个问题.在我装软件时,不管软件是正版还是盗版, 在点击SEPUP后电脑就无声无息了, 就好象什么也没发生是的. 是了多种方法也无效. 这可怎么办?操作系统是XP.谢了!
