problem in playing DVD

software: PowerDVD. Error message: TheTV Out port of your display card is not working properly.This copy protected disc can not be played when the TV out function is enabled.

Then I tried to use RealPlayer. and got error message: The DVD cannot be played. If any other applications are running try closing them, lower your screen video resolution and color depth (for example: 1024x768 -> 800x600), update your video card driver software to the latest version.

the resolution of my monitor is already set to 800x600. what is the video card? is the display adapter in Device Manager? the OS (win2k) says the driver is working OK. Can someone help me to solve this problem so I can watch DVD? THANK SO MUCH!
