桌面上的东西都打不开了

双击"My Computer","My Documents","Internet Explorer", "My Picture"...,屏幕先是闪几下并整个刷屏,然后等几秒钟,屏幕又恢复正常.但"My Computer","My Documents","Internet Explorer", "My Picture"...等始终打不开.
