Try down and run "Ad Aware SE", "MS Antispyware" , "Singer". Better, download from other computer and save them on a removable disk the load them to your slow computer. Install them and start your comuter in safe mode by pressing F8 key while your computer starting up. Run those softwares and follow on screen instruction. See what happen after all these.
