请教了hotmail信箱的问题

不知道为什么我这会儿一直无法打开我的hotmail的信箱，我输入密码后就出现了以下的这个信息，但我几个朋友的信箱都没有这个问题啊。

Close all web browser windows.
Restart your web browser.
Return to http://www.hotmail.com to sign in.
