请教高手, 安装软件遇到的问题.

我下载1种软件的demo version, 我使用的系统是Windows XP home version,运行安装时，计算机屏幕显示：C:\Windows\System 32|Autoexex.NT. The system file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows application. 我如何安装这类软件？ 非常感谢！
