EXCEL表格形式问题, 用EXCEL几年没找到过方法

有没有人知道什么工具(我不知道有没有)把一个横向的表格换成纵向的? 比如以前的学生成绩单, 第一列是学生名字, 第一行是各学科名称. 现在我要一次性(或者比较不那么头疼地)把第一行换成名字, 第一列为各科名称. 所以数据(成绩)的位置作相应的更换.

我从来没有找到方法. 特来问一下有没有世外高人用过. 谢谢!
