猪头请教关于无线网的问题？在线等！

我的笔记本是ibmT42,带adapter. 我能连上邻居家的无线网，但信号不好，想自己化钱买个 service? 请问大家，我哪家服务好，除了买个服务，我还需要给笔记本配置什么东东？ 急！
