坏盘会损坏DVD-ROM & BURNER?

朋友让我帮忙刻一张有很多划痕的CD,平时刻一张CD也就5-6分钟,刻这张盘时走到47%时就再也不动了,等了半小时还不动,我就停了.
请问刻这类坏盘会对我的DVD/CD ROM & DVD/CD BURNER 有影响吗,有损害吗.刚买的新机器有点心疼.
