请教关于IBM Thinkpad 的问题。

如果每次启动windows xp PROFESSIONAL 之后，想要打开 Internet explore 或是realone player 总要花上5到10分钟， 是怎么回事？ 还有在打开几个程序， 像 Word, Media Player, Internet explore 之后， 电脑就经常出现停滞状态， 或是程序死掉。 为什么呢？

查了一下， 内存有400多兆呢， 应该是够用的吧？
