怎么用无线上网呢?电脑已显示有3个网络,但都连不上.

刚买了一台带无线上网的HP笔记本。试一下无线上网。发现能收到3个不同的网络。其中一个有4格信号。但是联不上。注：这些都是邻居的信号。
我没有什么钱，想免费上网，请各位高手指点迷津。先谢了！
