为了和硬件匹配及与ISP提供的网速匹配，设置网卡的网速有时能解决这种问题。右键点桌面上的，my network places,在打开的窗口里右键点local area connection.选择properties。click the 'configure'botton at the up right corner. Select 'Advanced',there should be a 'link speed &Duplex' option or similiar option. select this one and in the right window, choose something else other than what you are current using. I suggest you try the 10M,half duplex first. Good luck.
