列印

数码照片放到螢屏上奌击,出现的是整幅照片.但列印却只印出四分一(左上角).说 Page 1 of 1. 在 print review 处预览, 也是只现左上角. 如何才能列印全图? (用的是 MS 2000).
又, 把同样数码照片放到另一 XP螢屏上, 奌击也出现整幅照片.但却完全不能列印. 说是’错误’.
如何才能在 2000 及 XP列印全图? 谢谢各大侠.
