求助：请高手指点。

本人收集了一些资料。是htm文章。现想把它们集合为一电子书，（或一文件）。

要求：
1。集成为一个文件。
2。第一页是索引，每一篇文一条索引
3。每一条索引，分篇名，日期，注脚三项。

如进一步要求，
1。按一下索引， 自动跳到文章。
2。读者可以自由改注脚，并且保存。
