远程桌面突然无法使用了！

我经常在家里通过远程桌面调用办公室的机器，但是近期突然无法使用了。在办公室的局网或学校的广网内都可用，就是在家里不能用。我在家里甚至连ping都ping不通办公室的机器。我检查了一下办公室的机器的防火墙，好像没什么问题，关键是之前我也没修改过防火墙设置。难道是系统哪次升级修改了设置？或者是学校的广网增加了什么防火墙？哪位兄弟碰到过类似情况没有
