XP下网卡能ping内网不能ping外网

一台XP，扫完spyware后再启动，IP没了，network properties里只有sent,没有receive. 手动设置IP后，可以ping内网，但回应很奇怪，通常为
ping 192.168.1.1 with 32 bytes of data....
但它是 ping È with 32 bytes of data....,也就是说destination address被置换成一个怪字符，ping dns也可（是外网，69.52.x.x),但ping yahoo/google根本就没有host。
装了另一块网卡，同样问题。
哪位朋友可以上门(Emipire State Buiding)解决本人可以付点银子（限明天）
