ftp 求救！！

在学校的机器上开的ftpsever为什么在宿舍连接不上,而在学校的机器就可以连上.难道SEVER 有什么设置不对???请大狭支招!!!
PS:宿舍的也是CABLE,但发现每次连接时PORTNUMBER 总是在变.
