What does lujrvi.exe file do?

Recently there is a file called lujrvi installed on my computer. Anti-virus doesn't consider it a virus and it doesn't seem like it is doing something suspecious. I searched on google and couldn't find any information about this file. Can anyone tell me what file is this? I feel very uncomfortable to see it running on my computer.
